IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS & GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE ADMISSION TO THE PLAYGROUP :

ELIGIBILITY: 

Children born in the year 2022 are eligible for admission to the Playgroup.

INSTRUCTIONS: 

1. Please fill in all the details carefully and ensure that the information provided by you is complete. Submit the form online. Note down the form number and password for future reference. Incomplete form will be rejected. 

2. Online payment of registration and processing fee will have to be made. 

3. Use a Credit Card / Debit Card only to make the payment online for the processing and registration fee. 

4. Please print and preserve the copy of the form you have submitted. 

5. Affix a recent coloured passport size photograph at the designated place on the form. 

6. ‘KNOW YOUR SCHOOL’ an interactive session for all parents who have Registered Online will be conducted. Both the parents are expected to visit school for this. The date and time of appointment will be emailed. 

7. Bring the completed Registration Form along with an official Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation or Gram Panchayat in support of the Date of Birth entered in the Registration Form for verification and attach a photocopy of the birth certificate and Aadhar Card copy of your ward to the form. 

8. Forms will be accepted only through the parents when they visit school for the ‘Know your School’ interactive session. 

9. Playgroup session begins from Mon 18th June 2024. The Playgroup timings are 11.00 am to 1.00 pm.

10. Each batch of Playgroup will consist of only 20 children per batch. 10 children will be mentored /taken care of by one Mentor. 

11. Fee structure is Rs.60,000 per annum which needs to be paid in two parts (June to November – Rs.30,000 & December to May – Rs.30,000).
