ONLINE ADMISSION INFANT SECTION

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS & GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE ADMISSION PROCEDURE

• The Online Registration Form for Playgroup, Preschool 1 (Nursery), Preschool-2 (Jr.Kg), Preschool-3(Sr.Kg) 2025-26 will be available on our website from 4th November 2024.. 
• Age Eligibility for 2025-26:. 

1. Playgroup: 01-01-2023 to 31-12-2023
2. Preschool-1(Nursery): 01-01-2022 to 31-12-2022
3. Preschool-2(Jr.Kg): 01-01-2021 to 31-12-2021
4.  Preschool-3(Sr.Kg): 01-01-2020 to 31-12-2020      

• Kindly fill in all the details carefully and check if the information provided by you is complete. Submit the form online. Note down the form number and password for future reference. Incomplete form will be rejected. 
• Online payment of registration and processing fee will have to be made. 
• Use a Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / GPay to make the payment online for the processing and registration fee. 
• Please print and preserve the copy of the form you have submitted. 
• The Registration form and the photocopies should be self-attested by the parents.
• Affix a recent colored passport size photograph at the designated place on the form. 
• ‘KNOW YOUR SCHOOL’ an interactive session for all parents who have Registered Online will be conducted. Both the parents are expected to visit school for it. The date and time of appointment will be emailed. The schedule for the Parent School Interaction will also be available on our websi. 
•  Bring the completed Registration Form along with an official Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation or Gram Panchayat in support of the Date of Birth entered in the Registration Form for verification and attach a photocopy of the birth certificate and Aadhar Card copy of your ward to the form.
• Forms will be strictly accepted only through the parents when they visit school for the ‘Know your School’ interactive session. 
• A random selection will be made from the pool of requests and selected parents will be called to initiate the admission process.
• Admission list will be displayed on our website on Sat, 7th December2024
• Date for making online payment of fees and securing admission is 9^th  December 2024 to 22^nd December  2024. 
• An Orientation Program for parents will be conducted on Saturday, 3^rd May 2025
• Preschool 1 (Nursery) school starts from Wednesday, 4^th June, 2025, Preschool-2(Jr.Kg) & Preschool-3(Sr.Kg) school starts from Monday, 9^th June 2025, Playgroup school starts from Monday, 16^th June 2025.

OBTAINING REGISTRATION FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE ADMISSION. THE NUMBER OF SEATS ARE LIMITED, IT MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE TO ADMIT ALL THE STUDENTS WHO HAVE BEEN REGISTERED ONLINE. THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT ON ISSUES REGARDING ADMISSION.

PARENTS MUST APPLY ONLINE FOR CLASSES SHOWING A VACANCY AS PER THE LIST BELOW. PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF THE CLASS IN WHICH YOU SEEK ADMISSION DISPLAYS A VACANCY. 

PLEASE NOTE: THE SCHOOL OFFICE WILL NOT ANSWER QUERIES REGARDING ADMISSIONS. 

• FIRST PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO SIBLINGS. 
• SECOND PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO THE PARENTS WHO ARE TRANSFERRED FROM OTHER CITIES. 
• PLEASE VISIT THE SCHOOL WEBSITE FOR LATEST UPDATES. 

• When filling up the registration form, please fill in all the details carefully and check if the information provided by you is complete. Submit the form online. Note down the form number and password for future reference. Incomplete form will be rejected.
