Nalanda Public School was founded on 7th June 2003 under the aegis of the Soham Foundation, by Mr Chaitanya N Parekh, an entrepreneur and a man with a vision. The school is perceived as a response to The Foundation’s commitment to social endeavour and is conceived & programmed to be the school with a difference. This confirmed belief is captured in the following ethos:

A child needs all-round development, taking him beyond the class room learning. The other facets of this development include active involvement in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, planned and programmed in a coordinated manner.

Along with imparting knowledge and skill, building of character is of paramount importance.
